Neither Booth's Court or Temple Street were marked on the 1851 Town Plan.

According to White's Directory (1837), Temple Street was situated between Westgate and New North Road, and appears to have been lost during the construction of the Spring Wood Tunnel.

Another yard known as Booth's Court (later Shears Court) existed on Lowerhead Row.
