Reviews
The Bioscope (15/Jul/1915):
Bertie’s Holiday. — Comedy displaying various mishaps which befall a dude, who essays a stay in one of those “desirable country cottages” miles from anywhere. A sharp witted countryman steals his portmanteau, and by donning the spare suit, brings trouble galore upon the rightful owner. Knockabout comedy in a familiar style. (September 2nd. 607 ft.)
Kinematograph Weekly (15/Jul/1915):
Bertie’s Holiday (C) (Bamforth). — Bertie, bent on holiday, had the misfortune to be robbed of his new clothes. The scoundrel who committed the deed received the benefits which should have been Bertie’s, and Bertie, thanks the extraordinary dwarf coachman he fell in with, sampled the duckpond, the policeman's truncheon and several other things too pleasant to mention. Released Sept. 2nd, length 607 ft.
