SWIFT, BEN. Gunner. No 240767. 130th Battery, 40th Brigade, Royal Field Artillery. Born Kirkburton. Son of Charles H. and Harriet Swift of Church Green, Kirkburton. Killed in action, 2.11.1918, aged 28 years. Buried POIX-du-NORD COMMUNAL CEMETERY EXTENSION. Grave location:- Plot 2, Row B, Grave 5.
