WADE, ARTHUR. Private. No 62261. 15th/17th Battalion West Yorkshire Regiment. Born 5 Somerset Place, Mulberry Street, Moldgreen, Huddersfield, 21.3.1899. Son of Thomas H. and Laura J. Wade. Educated Moldgreen Board School. Employed as a number taker by the London and North Western Railway. Company at Hillhouse railway sheds. Single. Enlisted 16.4.1917. Killed in action, 19.7.1918, aged 19 years. Buried LE GRAND HASARD MILITARY CEMETERY, MORBECQUE. Grave location:- Plot 1, Row B, Grave 14.
