Arthur Blezard (1893-1918)

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:
- BLEZARD, ARTHUR. Private. No 269334. 2/5th Battalion Duke of Wellington's Regiment. Born 22 Silver Street, Moldgreen. Son of Mr James Blezard, 156 Wakefield Road, Moldgreen. Educated at Moldgreen Council School. Employed as a labourer. Enlisted 4.8.1917. Killed in action, 10.4.1918, north west of Bapaume. Buried in DOUCHY-LES-AYETTE BRITISH CEMETERY. Grave location:- Plot 2, Row E, Grave 21.
