The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

INMAN, ARCHIBALD. Private. No 82039. 29th Infantry Labour Company, The King's Liverpool Regiment, transferred to No 193980 738th Employment Company, Labour Corps. Born Huddersfield 29.7.1888. Son of William and Emma Inman, 1 Moorside Avenue, Crosland Moor. Educated Spring Grove Council School. At the time of enlistment, was working in Manchester as a tailor's presser. Died of wounds, 17.6.1918, aged 30 years. Buried LIJSSENTHOEK MILITARY CEMETERY. Grave location:- Plot 28, Row F, Grave 11.
