Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

WILKINSON, ALBERT. Private. No 29/354. 25th (Tyneside Irish) Battalion Northumberland Fusiliers. Born Huddersfield. Son of Mr S. Wilkinson, New Street, Netherton, Huddersfield. Employed as a teamer by the Anglo-American Oil Company Limited. Attended South Crosland Church. Killed in action, 12.10.1917, at Poelcapelle during the Battle of Passchendaele. Buried CEMENT HOUSE CEMETERY, LANGEMARCK, BELGIUM. Grave location:- Plot 1, Row K, Grave 3.
