Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922

The following extract is from Huddersfield's Roll of Honour: 1914-1922 (2014) by J. Margaret Stansfield:

NIND, ALBERT. Private. No 7712. 4th Battalion Worcestershire Regiment. Born Worcestershire in 1886. Married. Lived 10 Mills Row, Castlegate. Employed as a labourer. Was serving in the army prior to the outbreak of the war. Mobilised 4.8.1914. Killed in action at the Battle of Krithia Vineyard, Gallipoli, on 6.8.1915, aged 29 years. Has no known grave. Commemorated HELLES MEMORIAL TO THE MISSING.
