Also known as Greenside Primitive Methodist Church and Lee Green Primitive Methodist Church; now known as Mirfield St Andrew's Methodist Church.
Chapel built in Old Bank Road 1862.
Sunday School built behind chapel 1930.
Sunday School used for worship from 1933.
Chapel demolished 1945.
Called St Andrew's Methodist Church from time of amalgamation of congregations of Old Bank, Knowl, and Northorpe Methodist Churches 1964-65.
New chapel built next door to old one 1969.
Still in existence 2009.
