The following source list was originally available only on paper in one of the West Yorkshire Archive Service offices. It may have been compiled many years ago and could be out of date. It was designed to act as a signpost to records of interest on a particular historical subject, but may relate only to one West Yorkshire district, or be an incomplete list of sources available. Please feel free to add or update with any additional information.

Established 1901 using Parochial Hall in Springwood Street. Waverley House at corner of New North Road and Portland Street bought for use as a chapel 1902. New chapel built in Waverley Road 1910-1911. Congregation united with Highfield United Reformed Church (originally Congregational) 1978 to form Huddersfield Highfield St James United Reformed Church, using premises in Waverley Road. Still in existence 2002.
