The photograph is believed to date from the third Woodsome Village Pageant, held on on Saturday 5 September 1908. The woman is most likely Mabel Annie Wade (1883-1958) who was living at 103 Long Lane, Dalton, at the time of the 1901 Census.

Photograph of Berry Brow Station. The original station was sited nearer to Lockwood than the present day station. Behind the passenger footbridge is the road bridge which still carries Station Lane over the Penistone Line.
