Lecture Hall in the Carlile Institute, Meltham
Photograph from the Journal of the Manchester Geographical Society (01/Oct/1899) - The Carlile Institute at Meltham. Curiously, the windows on the far wall are not real. Presumably the wall was originally without windows and the photograph was taken after they had been drawn on the wall to gauge their proportions and guide the builders as to where to knock through.
