Funeral Benefit: £1 to £10 in case of members and 10s. to £5 in case of members’ wives (see rules).
Accident Benefit: Up to £2 8s. in accident cases at work (see rules).
Fatal Accident: £50 after 5 years’ membership, £100 after 10 years’ membership.
Total Loss of Sight: £100 after one year’s membership.
Loss of Limb or Sight of Eye: £25 after 5 years’ membership; £50 after 10 years’ membership; £75 after 15 years’ membership.
Free Legal Aid: Accidents at work.
Free Legal Aid in cases of accident to members proceeding TO and FROM their place of employment.
SPECIAL NOTES
Over 13 weeks in arrears places you out of benefit.
Responsibility for keeping payments up-to-date rests with you— the member—and not the collector or the Branch Secretary.
It is your duty to attend regularly all Branch meetings and to observe the Union’s rules.
