Studio portrait of an unknown woman by Wilkinson of the Steam Finishing Works, Claremont Hall, New House, Huddersfield. The reverse credits Wilkinson as being the "inventor and sole proprietor of the Photo Mechanical Process" which was also available at studios in Halifax, Heckmondwike, Sheffield and Birmingham.
